Virgin TV is the home for the UEFA Champions League matches this season, with every televised match from Europe’s elite club competition available to Virgin TV customers.
After Paris Saint-Germain became only the second French club to win the title when they defeated Inter Milan 5-0 in Munich back in May, they’ll now look to defend it. But it’s easier said than done when the continent’s best are gunning for you, including, for the first time in the competition’s history, six English clubs: Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur.

Prime Video will broadcast 17 top-pick Champions League matches per season every Tuesday night throughout the competition, up to and including the semi-final stage. You will need a Prime Video subscription and a compatible Virgin TV box.

How to live-stream Champions League games
Champions League fans have so many ways to live-stream matches this season, so long as they have subscriptions to the services showing the games.

Prime Video will again broadcast top-pick matches every Tuesday night throughout the competition up to and including the semi-final stage. Stream the matches on the Prime Video TV app on Virgin TV or through the Prime Video mobile app.
When are the Champions League knockout stages on TV?
The 36-team league phase – now in its second year – wraps up with Matchday 8 on Wednesday 28 January 2026. After that, the competition shifts into the knockout stages, when everything gets more serious and the jeopardy is ramped up.
It begins with the knockout phase play-offs. The top eight finishers in the league phase go straight through to the round of 16, while those placed ninth to 24th battle it out for the remaining spots. The first legs are set for Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 February, with the return fixtures a week later on Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 February. Prime Video will carry a Tuesday clash each week, while TNT Sports covers the rest of the televised matches.
The round of 16 follows. These ties kick off on Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 March, with the second legs on Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 March. Prime Video will select a headline Tuesday game from each leg, while TNT Sports shows the wider slate of fixtures.
Quarter-final action arrives on Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 April, then resumes on Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 April. Once again, Prime Video will feature a key Tuesday showdown in both legs, with TNT Sports bringing viewers the remainder.
The semi-finals run across Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 April, before concluding on Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 May. Prime Video has the Tuesday matches in both weeks, while TNT Sports takes the Wednesday encounters.
The final takes place on Saturday 30 May 2026 at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest, with TNT Sports the exclusive broadcaster. For the first time in competition history, the showpiece kicks off at 5pm.
