But then he has an idea: wouldn’t it be amazing if the world could forget he was Spider-Man? But to do a mass mind-wipe like that, Parker would need to be friends with a wizard, or possibly a Sorcerer Supreme. Cue Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch, The Power Of The Dog) with a spell that might just save the day.

But when Peter tries to meddle with the spell so that his girlfriend MJ (Zendaya, The Greatest Showman), best friend Ned (Jacob Batalon, Let It Snow) and his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei, My Cousin Vinny) won’t forget him, it has universe-breaking consequences and… let’s just leave it there.

If you’ve somehow managed to avoid Spider-Man: No Way Home spoilers thus far, we don’t want to spoil a second of your first watch of this epic roller coaster ride that returning director Jon Watts has called the conclusion to the trilogy of Spidey films that started with 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming.
