By Virgin TV Edit

The United States of America. Land of the free and home of the brave. The country responsible for sending man to the moon, erecting the skyscraper, and blessing the world with the skip intro button. We owe an awful lot to our cousins across the pond – and that includes plenty of top TV shows.

Here, we pick out some of the top picks available to watch right now in On Demand…

Stateside Sitcoms

But with Baldwin’s boisterous network executive constantly meddling, horns lock and comedy gold ensues.

Girls

The Office

It was the making of some massive names in the US, including Steve Carell (The 40-Year-Old Virgin), John Krasinski (A Quiet Place), Ed Helms (The Hangover), Craig Robinson (Hot Tub Time Machine), and Mindy Kaling (Inside Out), but of course we know where it humbly began. The faux-documentary style follows the original British Ricky Gervais-led show quite closely, parodying the humdrum reality of office work.
