Heroic Half-term

henry danger

From Bank Holiday Monday, Nickelodeon (CH 712/714)

With Half-term Heroes, every day you’ll find back-to-back episodes of Nick favourites The Thundermans and Henry Danger, including a dangerously exciting two-part special.

Horrid Half-term

From Bank Holiday Monday, Nicktoons (CH 717)

This news is far from horrid! Nickelodeon has just picked up all five seasons of the classic cartoon Horrid Henry, about a ten-year-old boy who constantly complains that life just isn’t fair. He should look on the bright side, though – he’s taking over Nicktoons for seven whole days this half-term, with new episodes from 8.30am Monday-Wednesday.

Pirate Half-term

From Saturday 26 May, Nick Jr. (CH 715)

Ahoy there! With new pirate-themed episodes of Rusty Rivets and Blaze And The Monster Machines on the box this half-term, it’s time to hop aboard the good ship Nick Jr. and sail the high seas of entertainment!

Princess Peppa’s Half-term

From Saturday 26 May, 7.30am, Nick Jr. Too (CH 716)

Nick Jr. Too has been all about Peppa this month! From an all-day Peppa marathon on the first Bank Holiday Monday to special Princess Peppa-themed episodes to celebrate the Royal Wedding, the loveable little piggy is now back for more! Get ready for a whole week of Peppa, George, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig with day-long marathons, including new episodes, until 3 June.

Monster Mountain Half-term

Steve Backshall v The Monster Mountain

Find it in Catch Up > Channels > BBC iPlayer

Go on an incredible adventure from the comfort of your sofa with Steve Backshall Vs The Monster Mountain, in which the British adventurer attempts one of the most notorious climbs in the world – the north face of the Eiger.

Family Film Half-term

Sunday 27 May, from 11am, Film4/HD (CH 428/429)

If you fancy settling down for a Sunday movie marathon, Film4 has got the whole family covered. If you can believe it’s 20 years old (eek!), start the day with 1998 classic The Rugrats Movie (11am) – and there’s more animated toddler adventure where that came from with Rugrats In Paris (1pm). Then you can enjoy Dwayne Johnson with big furry wings in Tooth Fairy (2.35pm), followed by Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson in We Bought A Zoo (4.40pm).

Hey Arnold! Half-term

Friday 1 June, 7.30pm, Nickelodeon (CH 712/714)

Whether or not you’ve got a child at home this half-term (this is arguably just as exciting for big geeks), there’s one highlight we definitely don’t want you to miss – the return of Hey Arnold! in a brand new film, Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie. Picking up where the much-loved animated series finished over 20 years ago, this feature-length reunion sees the gang head into the jungle in search of Arnold’s parents.
