We’ve got more than just the what, how, where and when for watching the wedding of the year. And we don’t need to tell you why…
The Royal Wedding: Prince Harry And Meghan Markle, Saturday 19 May, from 9am, BBC One/HD (CH 101/108), ITV/HD (CH 103/113), Sky One/HD (CH 110/109) and Sky News/HD (CH 602/603)
You can keep your Doctor Whos, Westworlds and RuPaul’s Drag Races – when it comes to the must-see television event of 2018, we can all agree there’s one epic, OTT and deliriously big-budget show that’ll have us all glued to our screens.
The nuptials of Mr Prince Harry and Miss Meghan Markle will air on Sky One, Sky News, ITV and BBC One on Saturday 19 May, and we are very much here for it.
Let’s get all the facts out the way first. The marriage will take place at St George’s Chapel in the grounds of Windsor Castle on Saturday 19th May (no bank holiday for us this time – booooo).
The service will begin at noon, with a two-mile tour of Windsor by the newlyweds to follow from 1pm. But, of course, you can tune in much earlier than that for a full Royal Wedding bonanza…
For the early starters, tune into BBC Breakfast from 6am on BBC One/HD (CH 101/108).
For the main event, watch live wedding coverage from 9am on BBC One/HD (CH 101/108), ITV/HD (CH 103/113), Sky One/HD (CH 110/109) or Sky News/HD (CH 602/603).
For the highlights, watch The Royal Wedding: Highlights Of The Day, 7pm, BBC Two/HD (CH 102/162).
The big day’s almost here, so grab your finest giant hat and have the kettle, cakes and bunting on standby. Here’s your highly useful (and occasionally LOLsome) guide to all the regal ridiculousness you’ll be spotting on this special occasion…
