Stream your socks off on your tablet or mobile, in another room at home or on the go, with our free Virgin TV Go app.

Control and manage your TV experience, from one app. And with out-of-home streaming, downloads, and shared pause points, nowhere’s off limits.

It’s available to all Virgin TV customers, to watch on up to 5 devices and view on 2 devices simultaneously, at no extra cost.

With it, you can access up to 100 live TV channels (depending on your TV package) on the go from your devices, including your iPhone, iPad, Android mobile or tablet, PC and Mac. What’s more, Virgin TV 360 customers can also manage their recordings or stream their recordings around the home with the Virgin TV Go app.

Looking to catch up on something you’ve missed? Don’t worry, with Virgin TV Go, we’ve got you covered. You can also access box sets and Catch Up TV, and stream to your heart’s content! (Again, the TV you can watch is dependent on your package.)

All you need is your email address and phone number you gave us when you joined us and follow the steps on the website or mobile app. Once you’ve registered, you can add more devices with your Virgin Media username and password.

Watch live TV whenever

With more than 150 live channels to stream on Virgin TV Go, you can watch live TV whenever you want.

With up to 100 live channels to stream on Virgin TV Go, including Sky, U and Discovery channels and a whole lot more, there’s something for everyone (depending on your package and subscriptions).

This clever app lets you watch live TV, all from your mobile, tablet, PC or Mac. Simply head to Menu > Live TV on the website, or Menu > Live TV > Now On TV on the mobile app. And then dive in.

All the channels are listed in the same order as your TV box. Or you can change the order by tapping on Channel order to change up to Most watched. You can also personalise your line-up and TV guide by hitting Menu > Settings > My Channels.

Virgin TV 360 customers can manage recordings on the Virgin TV Go app, while Stream box customers can manage My Watchlist on the app.

Binge on epic box sets

There are so many brilliant box sets to get stuck into on Virgin TV Go. Choose from our curated Box Sets section featuring some of the latest and the greatest, including what’s trending.

You can also tap the + button below the episode information to add it to your Saved folder to watch later. Find your Watchlist in Menu > Saved > Watchlist. Plus, if you saw at least 3 minutes of an On Demand show, head to Home > Continue Watching to pick up where you left off.


Watch the biggest blockbusters on Sky Cinema

Enjoy loads of kids’ box sets

You can keep the young ‘uns entertained with absolutely tons of kids’ box sets! Not only that, but you can also stream live telly from their favourite channels, like Sky Kids, Cartoon Network, Cartoonito, Nickelodeon and more. Tune in to Nick Jr. Too for a Peppa Pig takeover while on Nicktoons there’s the always popular SpongeBob SquarePants and The Loud House.


Get stuck into some brilliant sport

Stream live sport from Sky Sports, TNT Sports and Premier Sports on Virgin TV Go.

The Virgin TV Go app is the home of fantastic live sport. If you subscribe to TNT Sports or Premier Sports, you can watch loads of live coverage across their channels wherever you are in the UK. Personalise your TV guide

Meet your sofa sherpa. Virgin Media TV’s super-slick, super-simple guide makes finding your way round a doddle – so you spend less time looking and more time watching. Plus, it works exactly the same way whether you’re on your TV, phone or tablet.

Or, if you know exactly what you like, you can make the app your own by creating a list of must-see shows and giving your TV guide that personal touch by making sure your favourites are at the top. Go to Menu > Settings > My Channels, and you can show and hide channels and change the channel order on the menus for Live TV and the TV Guide.


Download shows to watch offline

All Virgin Media TV customers can use the Virgin TV Go app to download selected shows and movies to watch offline. There’s really no excuse to stop you from watching the next episode of your favourite series. Even if you’re abroad, you can watch downloaded shows on a device (you must download before leaving the UK and you can’t stream abroad).

And with all customers being able to register to Virgin TV Go on up to 5 devices, Virgin TV Go now keeps the whole family happy.


Manage your devices

All Virgin TV customers can register Virgin TV Go on up to 5 devices and view on 2 devices simultaneously, at no extra cost. You can also do three device swaps a month.

Make changes to your registered devices on Virgin TV Go (you will need to sign into your account).

Virgin TV customers can watch on up to 5 devices and view on 2 devices simultaneously, at no extra cost.

Virgin TV customers who subscribe to Sky Sports can watch on the go with the Sky Sports app. Not only will you be able to take your Sky packages with you, but you get in-depth sports coverage, as well as exclusive videos and interviews. On iPad and Android tablets you can also access Sky Sports’ cutting-edge second-screen functions. Download from the Apple app store for iPad or iPhone, or from Google Play.

TV Go: Content available to view depends on TV package. Not all channels/content from relevant pack available. Live streaming and On Demand requires broadband/WiFi or 3G/4G/5G access. UK only. Access via PC, Mac or TV Go App (selected iOS devices and Android™ devices only). Maximum 5 compatible devices per account can watch TV. Maximum 2 compatible devices per account can watch TV simultaneously.

TV Control: Access TV Control via TV Control app (selected iOS, Android & Fire devices only). TV Control requires TiVo or Virgin TV V6 set top box.

Catch Up TV: Catch Up TV content available for up to 7 days or up to 30 days after broadcast, depending on content.
