This season, TNT Sports brings you live action from the FA Cup – the world’s oldest football competition and one that still has that special aura. TNT Sports also now has the rights to the Women’s FA Cup (sharing with Channel 4 from the third round onwards) so you can follow that competition all the way to May’s final at Wembley too.

Rugby Union: Quilter Nations Series
)
Every autumn, except for World Cup years, the best international men’s rugby union teams from around the world hop on planes to face off against northern Europe’s finest in a fiercely contested series of top-level matches. After a closely fought Six Nations in which England and Ireland both won four of their games but fell short of winning the championship, they’ll be keen to go up against quality opponents and measure their progress. England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales are all in action throughout November, with New Zealand and South Africa offering the toughest tests.
The rugby cathedrals of the Millennium Stadium, Murrayfield and Twickenham host all their nations’ home games, while Ireland face the All Blacks in Chicago before returning to Dublin for matches against Japan, Australia and Fiji. TNT Sports has live and exclusive coverage of all the games in this series, so that’s your destination for top-class rugby action this autumn.

Cricket: The Ashes
)
It’s simply the biggest rivalry in cricket. England and Australia rivals have been facing off in Test series since 1882 and their matches are the most fiercely contested not just in cricket, but in sport itself. The long-running duel has produced some incredible, memorable series, notably the 2005 England victory – the first English win for almost two decades – and the most recent series in 2023, which threw up a huge controversy about the Spirit of Cricket and ended in a 2-2 tie that frustrated both teams (although it meant Australia retained the Ashes trophy).
The upcoming series will be held in Australia and you can catch every ball live on TNT Sports, even if you might need a few strong coffees and an understanding boss given the time difference. Although the Aussies are always strong at home, injuries – including to captain Pat Cummins – and form difficulties have given England renewed hope that they might claim the Ashes away for the first time since the winter of 2010/11. When you’ve got all-time greats like Ben Stokes and Joe Root in your team, you know you have the talent to win. The first Test begins in Perth on 21 November and we can’t wait.
First Test, Perth
Friday 21 to Tuesday 23 November, TNT Sports
Second Test, Brisbane
Thursday 4 to Monday 8 December, TNT Sports
Third Test, Adelaide
Wednesday 17 to Sunday 21 December, TNT Sports
Fourth Test, Melbourne
Boxing Day to Tuesday 30 December, TNT Sports
Fifth Test, Sydney

Motorsport: Formula One
)
We won’t lie: we thought it was all over. After 10 races of the 2025 F1 season, Oscar Piastri had won five Grand Prix races and established an impressive lead in the drivers’ championship. But his McLaren team-mate had other ideas. Slowly but surely, Britain’s Lando Norris reeled in the Australian driver and with a win in Mexico City, Norris sneaked into the top spot by just a single point. Equally formidable has been the comeback from four-time world champ Max Verstappen: after race victories in Italy, Azerbaijan and the USA, he’s got the top two in his sights – and we know what the Dutchman is capable of.
It all adds up to a supremely exciting run-in to the F1 Championship, with just four races to go. So which of these three superb drivers can hold their nerve and claim the title? Don’t miss a moment of the high-octane thrills on Sky Sports, which shows every minute of action from Grand Prix weekends live, from the first practice to the chequered flag.
