Channel changes and series recordings

With BBC Three launching on your telly box, other BBC channels are on the move to make it simpler for you to find them. If you have a Virgin TV 360 box this means you need to reset your BBC series recordings for BBC One HD, BBC One SD and BBC Four HD. Customers with a TiVo® box will not be affected. Luckily, it is super easy to reset a series recording, meaning you won’t miss out on your favourite shows. Click here to learn out how to do it and for more information about Series Link+.
