Terms and conditions
Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 16+.
Reward Start and End Dates: Reward is valid from midday on 6 April - midday on 21 April 2023, while stocks last - subject to availability.
Redemption Instructions: To redeem, tap ‘USE NOW’ and you will be directed to the RFU website to purchase your tickets. Tickets start from £20 for adults and just £5 for juniors. There are tickets available in most areas of the stadium but are subject to availability. Please note, once you have purchased tickets, you will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw, facilitated by the RFU. Your details may be used by the RFU in the scenario that your are drawn as a winner. If so, these details will be used for the sole purpose of contacting you and fulfilling the prize.
Reward T&Cs: This Reward entitles you to purchase tickets to watch the Red Roses vs France at Twickenham Stadium, on Saturday 29 April 2023 (kick-off is at 1pm). Any Priority member that purchases tickets during this time period, will be in with the chance of winning upgraded tickets.
How does this work?
When you purchase a ticket, you will be automatically entered into a Prize Draw to win upgraded tickets, giving you access to the O2 box at Twickenham, where lunch and drinks will be provided.
How will winners be selected?
Winners will be randomly drawn by the RFU from all those that purchase tickets to the Red Roses vs France game on Saturday 29 April 2023, via Priority during this time period. The draw will take place and the RFU will start contacting winners from midday on 24 April 2023.
How will I know if I have won?
Winners will be contacted by the RFU directly to the email used when purchasing their tickets. If confirmed as a winner, your details will be securely passed to an O2 representative who will then be in touch and will serve as your liaison, to help manage your day at Twickenham and your box/ticket upgrade experience.
How many upgrades are available?
There are eight upgraded tickets available to be won - a maximum of four upgraded tickets will be given away per winner, subject to availability. The allocation of upgraded tickets will be distributed by the RFU directly to the selected winners. The RFU will try, where realistically possible, to accommodate and cater for all those set to accompany the main guest/winner. No additional upgraded tickets can be claimed or won.
Once purchased, your matchday tickets cannot be sold on to any other parties. Tickets will be issued in a digital format via the Twickenham Stadium app.
