In the new and exclusive documentary The Vicar Of Dibley: Inside Out, star Dawn French and writer Richard Curtis will treat viewers to a unique look at the show, digging deeper into what makes it still so beloved by audiences after all this time.
From the comedy’s origins and its wider cultural impact to juicy secrets from behind the scenes – including never-before-seen rehearsal footage – this is the definitive story of The Vicar Of Dibley as told by those who know it best.

But it’s not just French and Curtis who are on hand to shine a divine light on all things Dibley. The pair will also be joined by a socially distanced congregation of guests and celebrity fans, such as Hugh Bonneville, Joanna Lumley and Kylie Minogue, to look back on their favourite ever moments.
The Vicar Of Dibley: Inside Out is part of a huge weekend of Dibley-tastic fun on GOLD HD, with back-to-back episodes also showing from 7.35am on Saturday 6 March (episodes are also available after broadcast in Catch Up > Channels > GOLD).
