The deals at the top of this page are only available to students with a valid ‘ac.uk’ email address. We also offer 30-day rolling contract deals for non-students in a variety of speeds.

Ultimately, you should try to place your order at least two weeks before you need an internet connection. If your uni accommodation hasn’t had a Virgin Media connection before, this is how long it sometimes takes to get our broadband deals installed for students.

14-35 days post installation, eligible student broadband customers will be sent an email to their '.ac.uk' student email address with details on how to claim their gift card. Customers will need to submit their claim online and will then be sent the gift card.
