1. Bath v Exeter Chiefs

Friday 5 October, 7pm, BT Sport 1/HD (CH 531/527)

Kick off your weekend with a feisty rugby derby, as Bath and Exeter battle it out for pride and points in the Premiership. The Chiefs have got off to a flyer in the league, but can their neighbours – who have experienced mixed fortunes so far this season – bring them crashing back down to Earth?

2. Manchester United v Newcastle

Saturday 6 October, 5pm, BT Sport 1/HD (CH 531/527)

José Mourinho and Rafa Benítez renew their managerial rivalry on Saturday evening when their teams collide at Old Trafford in the Premier League. While the smart money is on the Red Devils to take the three points, it was Newcastle who won their last meeting with a 1-0 victory on Tyneside in February.

3. BT Sport Fight Night

Saturday 6 October, 8.30pm, BT Sport 1/HD (CH 531/527)

An epic night of live boxing is headlined by Jack Catterall’s showdown with Ohara Davies for the WBO intercontinental super lightweight title. A packed undercard at Leicester’s Morningside Arena sees local hero Lyon Woodstock defend his WBO European super featherweight belt against Archie Sharp, while up-and-coming British heavyweight Daniel Dubois takes on veteran American Kevin Johnson. And in her fifth pro fight, double Olympic champion Nicola Adams battles Isabel Millan for the interim WBO world super flyweight title.

4. Fulham v Arsenal

Sunday 7 October, 11.30am, BT Sport 1/HD (CH 531/527)

Fulham’s Premier League credentials will be seriously tested once again this weekend when they go head to head with the superstars of Arsenal. Can Fulham and their highly prized new signing Jean Michaël Seri grab a vital victory, or will the Gunners show their class at Craven Cottage and bring new manager Unai Emery three points?

5. MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Thailand

Sunday 7 October, 7.30am, BT Sport 2/HD (CH 532/528)

With just five races of the season remaining, the riders hoping to challenge MotoGP™ championship leader Marc Márquez are quickly running out of road. So you should expect a white-knuckle battle for the chequered flag on Sunday when the action heads to the impressive Chang International Circuit.

6. Paris Saint-Germain v Lyon

Sunday 7 October, 7.45pm, BT Sport 1/HD (CH 531/527)

Neymar. Kylian Mbappé. Edinson Cavani. It’s fair to say that Paris Saint-Germain have a fair bit of talent in their squad. Les Parisiens continue their Ligue 1 title defence with a home clash against Lyon, who earned an eye-catching win over Manchester City last month in the UEFA Champions League.
