With the Virgin TV Go app, you can make the most of summer without missing out on your favourite shows!

Virgin TV Go app

Summer is finally here! And with it, a whole host of dilemmas. How burnt does chicken need to be on a BBQ before you can be certain it’s cooked through? Is there a mosquito spray that doesn’t smell like you’ve just disinfected the toilet? And – key one – can you get away with a trainer sock and espadrilles combo when it’s really hot? (We can confirm that last one on behalf of the world’s noses – the answer is an emphatic YES).

But the biggest summer quandary of them all is how to stay on top of all the great stuff on TV when every part of your being (read: your family) is telling you to go outdoors! Well, now you can bring a bit of the great indoors with you, wherever you go, thanks to the glorious (and ridiculously handy) Virgin TV Go app – available to Virgin TV customers at no extra cost!

Depending on your package, with Virgin TV Go you can enjoy up to 110 live TV channels, including BT Sport, Sky One, Sky News, GOLD, Comedy Central and Dave. Not only that, but you can also catch up on binge-tastic On Demand content and stream away wherever there’s WiFi, 3G or 4G.

Plus, Full House and Maxit customers can download selected show to watch offline – perfect for your next flight! So, what are you waiting for?

Here’s just a glimpse of what you can enjoy on the app this summer…

2019 Africa Cup Of Nations

Boasting the likes of Champions League winner Mohamed Salah among their ranks, hosts Egypt are the favourites to win. This year’s contest, live on Eurosport and the Virgin TV Go app until Friday 19 July, is the biggest in its history, with 24 teams in play, including three debutants – Madagascar, Burundi and Mauritania.

Love Island

Love Island contestant Curtis Pritchard

The nation’s biggest guilty pleasure is back on ITV. Think of it as a wildlife documentary, if the animals wore swimwear and communicated in a less civilised manner. BAFTA-winning comedian Iain Stirling provides the LOLs as the show’s very own version of David Attenborough.

Just Tattoo Of Us

Would you let your loved ones design your tattoo without seeing it first? Of course not! But these people actually did. Watch in horror on MTV and the Virgin TV Go app as the participants discover the worst and start mentally penning their application to Tattoo Fixers and, in the case of the couples on the show, likely First Dates as well.

Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger
