2019 Africa Cup Of Nations
Boasting the likes of Champions League winner Mohamed Salah among their ranks, hosts Egypt are the favourites to win. This year’s contest, live on Eurosport and the Virgin TV Go app until Friday 19 July, is the biggest in its history, with 24 teams in play, including three debutants – Madagascar, Burundi and Mauritania.

The nation’s biggest guilty pleasure is back on ITV. Think of it as a wildlife documentary, if the animals wore swimwear and communicated in a less civilised manner. BAFTA-winning comedian Iain Stirling provides the LOLs as the show’s very own version of David Attenborough.
