TV highlights of 2019 round-up
You must get bored with people screaming in your face that we’re living in the GOLDEN AGE OF TELEVISION. That phrase has become akin to the ones people used to bellow in lieu of a personality, like “Am I bovvered?!” or “Wasssssuuuppp!” – ubiquitous and unbelievably irritating.
On the other hand, one quick dive through what’s been on telly in the past year and you’ll find your lips producing – almost independently from your brain – those very words. We’ve honestly had it all in 2019. Phenomenal drama, superb comedy, breathtaking documentaries and dogs. So. Many. Dogs.
In 2020 at the Virgin Media BAFTAs, we’ll once again ask the British people to vote on the Virgin Media Must-See Moment that got the entire nation talking. But will any from this alternative list make the cut?…
