What is Behind Her Eyes about?

Adele (Eve Hewson, The Luminaries) and David (Tom Bateman, Murder On The Orient Express) are married, but when David locks eyes with Louise (Grantchester’s Simona Brown) across a crowded bar, the third wheel of the relationship enters. It later transpires that David is the boss at Louise’s new job, which isn’t ideal, but initial awkwardness aside, it doesn’t seem to cause too many problems.

Meanwhile, Louise and Adele become friends following a chance meeting where they discuss their shared experiences with night terrors. But Louise is conflicted when she concludes that this couple seem happier in her company than each other’s.

But at this stage, we’re not even circling the rabbit hole. Without spoiling anything, you should buckle up for a rollercoaster of out-of-body experiences and shock-and-awe moments that’ll have you perched on the edge of your sofa across six incredible episodes.

Where is Behind Her Eyes filmed?

The show is set and mostly shot in London, in and around areas including Camden and Hampstead, with Louise and David’s first meeting shot in Clerkenwell Grind, Old Street. In the later episodes, we’re shown some flashback scenes, with Adele’s story shown at Ardkinglas House in Argyll, Scotland, and David’s in Brighton.
