Downloading the Virgin Media Connect App

If you’re a Virgin Fibre or Virgin Mobile customer, you can use the Virgin Media Connect app on most Android and Apple devices as they as they running the following OS versions:

  • Android 5.0 or later
  • iOS 9 or later

Download the Connect app

  1. Open the Play Store
  2. Search for Virgin Media Connect
  3. Tap Install
  1. Open the App Store
  2. Search for Virgin Media Connect
  3. Tap Get

Note: To set up the Connect app on an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch, you will be asked to enter your passcode to install the WiFi settings which provide automatic access to our WiFi hotspots. This is the PIN/passcode which you use to unlock your device, and is 4 to 6 digits long.
