How do I connect to Virgin Media WiFi on the London Underground?

Want to get connected on the tube? Follow our simple steps to get online.
 

If you're a Virgin Broadband customer:

1.    Go into a station with Virgin WiFi, turn on your phone's WiFi and open the browser.

2.    You’ll see the Virgin Media Portal page – select Virgin Media.

3.    Choose “Virgin Media Broadband customer” and enter your Virgin Media username and password.

 

If you're a Virgin Mobile customer:

1.    Go into a station with Virgin WiFi, turn on your phone's WiFi and open the browser.

2.    You’ll see the Virgin Media Portal page – select Virgin Media.

3.    Choose “Virgin Mobile customer” and enter your Virgin Mobile username and password.

 

Not a Virgin customer?

If you're not a customer of Virgin Media Broadband, Virgin Mobile, Vodafone, EE, T-Mobile, Orange, or O2 you'll need a WiFi Pass to use Virgin Media WiFi on the London Underground.

To do this, visit https://wifipass.virginmedia.com/w/Register and create a WiFi pass account.

You can then buy one of the following passes:

1 day - £3

1 Week - £5

1 Month - £15
