What is the Virgin Media Connect app?

Our Virgin Media WiFi app has evolved into our smarter, more advanced WiFi app called the Virgin Media Connect app.

It's packed with brilliant new features that make controlling and connecting to WiFi a doddle.

Get the most out of our Intelligent WiFi technology

  • Scan your home so our Intelligent WiFi can optimise itself to make sure your devices are getting the best signal.
  • If the scan finds a WiFi blackspot (poor coverage), find out what you can do.
  • Reboot your Hub 3 without leaving the sofa, tackle most connection problems and pause WiFi on certain devices

Link your Hub 3 to our Connect app to:

  • Check your WiFi signal
  • Share your WiFi password with friends
  • Manage the devices connected to your Hub
  • Tackle common WiFi hiccups
