What Hub upgrades am I eligible for?
This depends on what Hub you have.
Existing Virgin Media customers with a Super Hub 2ac, or older, can easily upgrade to a Hub 3, at no extra cost.
Download the Virgin Media Connect app and connect to the current Hub via 3G or 4G on your phone – without your Virgin WiFi being turned on. It will suggest to upgrade to the Hub 3 and you can collect this free from your local shop. There will be no new contract or price change.
The Hub 4 is a great improvement on the Hub 3 – offering an ultra-fast 1Gbps service and available to all Gig1 Fibre broadband customers.
Features include 11 in-built antennae, that can extend and maximise WiFi coverage throughout your home – plus integrated software to check your speed remotely.

It’s important to get everything set up in the right order for your new virgin media replacement hub.

How long does it take to upgrade Virgin Media broadband?
