How do I download the Virgin Media TV Go app?

If you’ve got Virgin TV you can use Virgin TV Go on two devices, and up to four devices if you’re a Maxit TV customer. These can be any combination of a phone, tablet, or computer. You can change your registered devices up to three times per month.

Mobile

To use Virgin TV Go on a mobile or tablet:

  1. Open the App Store or the Play Store
  2. Search for Virgin TV Go
  3. Tap Get or Install
    • Depending on your settings you may be prompted to confirm the download
  4. Once installed open Virgin TV Go

Once you’ve downloaded the Virgin TV Go app you’ll need to register or sign in. See Signing in to Virgin TV Go for more details.

Computer

To use Virgin TV Go with a web browser:

  1. Open your browser
  2. Go to virgintvgo.virginmedia.com
  3. Click Sign In at the top of the page
  4. Enter your My Virgin Media details
    • If you don’t know your My Virgin Media details you can choose to reset your username or password, or you can register for My Virgin Media if you’ve not yet done so

To use Virgin TV Go app on Windows 10:

  1. From the Start menu open the Microsoft Store
  2. Select Search from the upper right corner of the Store app
  3. Type Virgin TV Go in the search box and press Enter
  4. Select Virgin TV Go from the search results
  5. Select Install
    • If you are prompted to sign in, sign in with your Microsoft account
