Use profiles to set up your own, personal TV schedule and enjoy the shows you want to watch. Sign into your own profile to get recommended TV series and movies tailored to your tastes.

You can also pause, rewind and skip ahead without altering what other household members are watching – even if you’re all bingeing the same show!

TV Guide

Use the easy-to-navigate TV Guide to find everything you need, from live TV to box sets and shows on Catch Up.

You’ll also have access to the ‘Startover’ function so you watch a show or film from the very beginning even if it’s already started. All you have to do is press the ‘Home’ button on your new remote, which takes you straight to the TV Guide.

Voice control

Voice control

Hit the Mic button on the Virgin TV 360 remote and tell the box exactly what you want to do.

Whether it’s to launch a streaming app, like Netflix, BBC iPlayer or Amazon Prime, or to use a command such as ‘play’ or ‘pause’, our voice-activated control is the best way to manage your entertainment.

Multiroom

Multiroom

Multiroom allows multiple devices to stream from Virgin TV 360 at the same time in different parts of the house. We’ll provide Mini boxes as well as a main set-top box so you can do just that.

You can also use the Virgin TV Go app to watch TV on your mobile or tablet device. With the option to download content, you can even watch TV without an internet connection.

Unfortunately, your recordings and settings won’t be transferred to your new TV when you upgrade. But there’s still time to watch before you swap.

Some programmes will be available to watch again on Catch Up or On Demand (depending on what TV package you have) and you’ll find loads more to get hooked on.

The legal stuff

New customers only. SERVICES ONLY AVAILABLE IN VIRGIN MEDIA NETWORK AREAS. Subject to survey, network capacity and credit check. A minimum period applies to the services, please check basket for details.

What is a minimum period? **When you take any services from us you will be committing to taking that service for a minimum amount of time (e.g. 18 months). We call this a minimum period, minimum term or minimum commitment period but they mean the same thing. Please check your basket for details of the minimum period that applies to the services you have chosen.

What if I cancel or move home? If you cancel during the minimum period, you may need to pay an early disconnection fee, including when you move to a property outside of the Virgin Media Network area – this is because you will be asking to cancel your services early. The Virgin Media network does not cover all of the UK – please use our post code checker here to check availability. You can find more details on the early disconnection fee and process by visiting the Legal Stuff section of the website here. For the full terms and conditions please click here.
