By Virgin TV Edit

New to Sky One, criminally good comedy Code 404 is a cop show with a tech twist.

Set in the near future, John Major (Daniel Mays) and Roy Carver (Stephen Graham) are a pair of star Detective Inspectors in the London Met’s Special Investigations Unit. Collaring criminals? This dynamic duo makes it look easy. But their partnership is about to be turned on its head.

When DI Major is killed after an undercover operation goes belly up, his body is subjected to an experimental technology that brings him back to life. But here’s the snag. Where Major was once a top detective, he’s now a bumbling liability rather than a fearsome robocop. Which means Carver often has to go the extra mile to keep the team running smoothly.
